Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently point out that the online platform is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and very simple to navigate when searching for desired products. Shoppers truly appreciate the huge selection of merchandise available, noting that prices remain very reasonable and affordable across various categories. However, some customers also noted recurring issues with receiving incorrect clothing sizes, wrong item colors, or products that completely failed to match online descriptions. A few other people also felt that navigating return policies, obtaining full refunds, and dealing with unexpected subscription fees created significant frustration during their shopping journey.

Horrible customer service if you want…

Horrible customer service if you want to mske a return. I do not recommend this company due to the fact they do not have the customer. Best interest. I was away when I received my package due to going to my mom‘s funeral, and I was just the one day beyond the return period and they wouldn’t exchange my the product. I can’t say that I recommend this company or will I ever buy anything from them again!
