I actually prefer Lulu to other similar services but it has just become too expensive.

this is my second time using lulu to publish a book, and i absolutely love it, and recommend it to everyone i meet. the only reason i say 4 stars instead of 5 is that i experienced a couple of system snafus my second time around, which really threw me. happily, tho, lulu support was right there to iron out the wrinkles!! i can't wait to produce and publish my third book with lulu!

Useless company. No telephone support. Tracking info is inadequate. Any company that does not provide phone support for customers desrves to go out of business. I would never recommend them to anybody.

I 100% give this company 5 stars. I love that I can desgin my own cover, make my books as long as I want, and do it all for free! I've never looked at the Lulu store, but it's really great that I have that option. It has an awesome feature where I can estimate the cost of my book. You do get a lot of emails though, I havent found a way to turn those off if there is one. But that is a small fault and I have no problem deleting emails. Lulu is a safe, easy way to publish your book. it is one and only!

A simple, easy process to publish my writing once I learned how to do things. The only issue I have had is finding a better way to create cover images for my books. It isn't all on Lulu, but when producing the original image on my end, I have trouble getting it to a resolution best suited to fill the margins in the Generate a Cover option.

I needed E-Books and you natively supported my LibreOffice files. I will upload more files for print later on. The process thus far is excellent, fast, and effective.

Your system to upload a book for publication is fairly straight-forward and certainly fast. Your pricing to print, sell, and distribute a book if very economical and beneficial to the author/owner. I particularly like the fact except for a few minor, initial fees, Lulu has no membership fees, no contracts with a minimum number of books required, and no service fees. I have been very pleased with all my dealings with Lulu and their publishing of my eight books.

The photos in my latest book are of very poor quality, I invite you to see them; after almost two years working on the book and carefully selecting my photos, I feel disappointed. In addition, the cover is just paper, it doesn't even have my photo or my introduction printed on the real cover.
