Lulu is excellent, I have no problems uploading my books, the system is very easy to navigate. My books are displayed on my Lulu website, when Lulu makes a sale I get paid promptly. When I order my books, I get them quickly. Lulu is an excellent company, there are no upfront fees, I only pay when I place an order. Keep up the good work Lulu, I have recommended your Company to a few budding Authors.

I truly like how easy it is to upload the files and to preview before submitting. The quality was good. And it did not take too long to receive. However I wish there were more paper choices and colors available. Also pricing breakdown for quantities before hand before it’s in the cart. I also like how all your projects are saved so it makes it easy to reorder

Our Global Distribution standards are in place to ensure books meet the technical and quality requirements set by our retail partners (such as Amazon). These requirements are not set arbitrarily, but are necessary for retailer acceptance.
That said, we recognize that not every project will be a fit for Global Distribution. In those cases, books can still be sold through the Lulu Bookstore or other direct sharing options.

The publishing process was easy to handle with a user-friendly interface. A very positive feature is the option to publish as a PDF, which virtually no other provider offers. International distribution could be activated a bit faster. Customer support is good and responds promptly.

I recently used Lulu to publish print-on-demand editions of Fotoqrafika magazine, and overall my experience was very positive. The print quality exceeded my expectations, with excellent reproduction and a professional finish.
My first order unfortunately got lost in transit, which was frustrating. However, Lulu's support team handled the situation professionally, reprinted the order, and shipped a replacement without issue. The second shipment arrived on time and in perfect condition.
