Lulu Printing is affordable to recover from your mistakes, especially if you're doing test runs of your books. The covers I created and an had printed are great. The whole book is great, and the learning experience is beyond measure. Take the timje to watch the tutorials will help immensely

Horrible print on demand (POD) and customer service.
Horrible print on demand (POD) and customer service. Paid for their premium color, 80# paper and it wasn't premium at all! It was thin, transparent, and overall poor quality. I was indeed bamboozled as I paid extra for nothing. I contacted Lulu's customer service and that experience was as horrible as their POD. The first representative passed me off to another representative (caused additional delay for support after the initial ticket was generated). The second representative was misleading (gave one directive, then said something different); and asked for the same photo evidence twice (perhaps an attempt to waste more time). This is a terrible company. Poor quality and poor customer service.

It is very easy to upload books to be printed, but be careful to use their templates for the cover. It is easy to find them, but you need to know to look for them. The printing looks great.
