LULU has produced several books for me - and they ar eall consistently well done ! My only suggestion is that they create an easier way to change the "asthetics" of a document withoutredoing the complete p project" . I.E. I just want to produce a doc from my latest "project" but want to produce one with just a different cover. Dont want to have to recall where all of the components are locates. How about a "copy and edit" function ?

I created two books with Lulu and the product itself was very well done, very high quality. Turn around time was efficient. Their prices are reasonable, much lower than printing costs elsewhere. I would highly recommend this company.

Gives me an insight into how my books will look - how best to set them out - what works and what doesn't etc. What would be brilliant is if with the hardback books, you could design a dust jacket to go with them. I am very happy with what I've done and the quality of the product

Lulu is a great publishing company, the quality of the books are beautiful both inside and outside. I would recommend to everyone who is thinking about publishing . The only downside is that it takes a little time to get the books when ordered but great otherwise.

My order was processed within a matter of days and arrived a day earlier than originally told. Communication was excellent and the finished product looks amazing. I have used Lulu for many years for my printing and will continue to do so.

It was really fast. Now that I have mastered the software I find it very convenient as well. The company has been great for me. There are still things I don't understand such as why something called Ingram Spark can access books for low cost or free and still sell them on. But generally it works for me.

I'm conflicted filling out feedback, as usual. On the one hand, Lulu consistently delivers beautiful products. On the other hand, it takes a very long time to get them delivered to you. I happen to live one, maybe two states away from where they say the books ship from, but it still takes weeks to get even an order with a single book. The tracking is almost non-existent until the day of delivery, and I get satisfaction surveys weeks before I get my products. I love Lulu's final results, and I'll continue to use them in lieu of KDP when I want the best quality prints. But I just have to give myself a month's lead on shipping. At least this time they delivered the correct books.

First time for me writing a book and publishing.i had no problem with the book contents , but did with the cover. I received swift answers to my questions . It was still a bit difficult for me…but in the end just read the instructions very carefully . The quality of the books are lovely. There was only one that wasn’t, and I was given a replacement .Delivery was faster swift and well protected.

12 versions of the same book and I was charged three times for global distribution. Used high resolution image for the cover and the 12th version is blurry, I don't understand when you make one small correction and the whole book gets screwed up. Font sizes became smaller on the last version and the printed ink was blurry. So frustrating, I will never use them again and advise you to not use them either. The only way they will help you is if you pay one of their third party people. Stay away find a better publisher.
