I received the coat I ordered with one button on the front totally missing. I have contacted them multiple times. I have not received a reply. Shipping it back to another country would be as expensive as the coat. They SHOULD refund my payment, but I doubt that will happen. There were other signs of poor quality on the coat, also.

Ordered and paid for a Gatsby costume 31st January 2020 and said I needed it by 12th March 2020 as I was going on a cruise. Have not received the items and have received a couple of emails saying they were to be shipped on two different dates. The thing is that if I had read these reviews beforehand I would not have ordered from them but my friend got her order pretty much straight away. BUT stay away from MILANOO.
I was incredibly disappointed with this website. I should have done more research before purchasing from them. The quality of the products was incredibly poor, and half of them aren't even wearable. Fabric was cheap and thin, and the construction was wrong on most of them, making them sit awkwardly and unnaturally on the body. When I tried to return some of the items, they made it incredibly difficult to make returns and only wanted to offer me coupons. I had already decided that I never wanted to purchase from this website again, so coupons would do me no good. After a lot of back and forth with their customer service, they finally sent me the return address information. I sent my returned items over 2 months ago, and they say they have not received it. I followed everything exactly as they requested, and never got any money back. Beware before buying. The items are not worth the money you spend, and you will be out the money and stuck with useless items. Mistake made, and lesson learned. I just hope that maybe this review will help others from making the same mistakes I did.
