DO NOT USE!!!! Bought an item, NOTHING like the description. They insisted I send back recorded delivery which was £18 and then didn’t even refund the original postage. I lost more money on postage than the cost of the jacket! Do not use!!!!
Very bad customer service. I ordered a long coat and it’s 1 month and I didn’t got it. Even tracking no they provide didn’t show any update. And they are not giving me my money back
Simply don’t waste your time and money. Products craftsmanship is poor and they don’t correspond to the stylish and flawless pictures posted. I wrote a review but it wasn’t published so I went browsing and I deducted that They don’t publish bad reviews but just 5 stars (occasionally 4). If you want to return the item they will ask you to keep it and will not refund you. I spent £30 and they come up with a refund of just £5 or a coupon of £10. Ridiculous! DON’T!!!
No way to track the order without calling China during their business hours, ordered a costume for halloween that didn't arrive until halloween on the day so another costume was purchesed with no way to know if it was going to actually arrive on time. My expenses were really high for that one day and that is not appreciated. The costume that arrived was also an odd combination of riding hood and mini mouse or something with bows and floweres in odd places and WAY TOO SHORT
A simple order with Milanoo has never been delivered, and their tracking shows that it was returned to their depot without being delivered to my address. I have requested a full refund, but they want to deduct 40% for their error. Outrageous behaviour. I will never use them again. Also unbelievably difficult to find contact details to make a complaint or get any information.

Do not purchase anything from this website. It is a complete fraud, they wont give me my money back, I paid for express shipping and it is now November 13, 2019 and still i have not received my son's costume. UNBELIEVABLE! Plus they don't want to return my money. Somebody please help me report them.
If I could give them zero stars I would. What a joke they false advertised a pair of boots to be thigh high. They barely went over my knee and I couldn't even zip them up and I have small calves. Then it is shipping cost to receive, shipping cost to return plus a restocking fee of 15% meaning I lose out over half of what my total was to start with. I REPEAT DO NOT order from them!!
Do not purchase from this company. We ordered a Halloween costume for my son which said 24 hour shipping on October 7. It is November 9 (yes, after Halloween) and the order has still not arrived. They refuse to refund our money, stating that there is nothing they can do until the costume arrives and I can contact UPS myself. They told us to be patient as shipping takes 12-20 days. Well, it's been 30 days.
This has got to be one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I ordered a duster that was supposedly made of satin and when I received it it was made of nylon. It was stiff and it came with stains all over it. Not a big deal if I could return it and get my money back right? But they secretly charge you $16 for shipping and then make you pay the same amount for sending it back plus a 15% restocking fee. Unbelievable do not order from this company!!!!!!
its true. Don't buy anything off them, Their sizes are unusable. the descriptions are inaccurate and worst of all, their customer service is obstructive. They don't attempt at being helpful. They dont respond, their customer account website seems to be inactive as there is no response, no order records. It's almost fraudulent.
Everything about them is false. The sizes inaccurate, their policies laughable. I ordered a coat, should have been way too big by their own chart and I couldn't even fit into it. Furthermore it was suppose to be wool but smelled like chemicals and clung like polyester. In order to get a refund, I had to pay for shipping back to China. I then had to open a PayPal case against them in order to GET the refund. Don't order from them, try Amazon, most of the stuff they sell is on there or Wish.
Don’t touch them, they’re a joke. I ordered shoes but didn’t receive them because the told me I’d put an incomplete address on the order. My order shows a complete address and now I’m chasing them for money. It’s such a shame as their clothes and shoes are lovely (or so they seem) but any kind of customer service is non existent. I’m a little bit stubborn and won’t stop until I’ve had my money returned.
I ordered from Milanoo for the first time, purchasing 3 tops. The order number they gave me did not work in any of the search fields, on desktop, or on the iPhone app, which meant I had no way to check or track the order, or contact them (as you need to input an order number). To this day, the order does not appear in my Milanoo account. I always use PayPal for this reason and had to initiate a conversation via PayPal to find out the whereabouts of the order after 23+ days. Only then was I supplied a viable tracking number. The parcel did arrive and two out of the three items were acceptable (although of minimum quality for the price paid), but one was not as pictured and is unwearable. To add insult to injury, I had not manually (as I discovered later on computer) changed the dollars to AUD and ended paying waaay over market value in USD. The app shows the Australian flag for delivery purposes, but I could find no place to check what dollars are being quoted, or how to adjust this if they are in the wrong currency. Overall, I do not trust Milanoo and it does not surprise me they attract a lot of criticism once you check online. I am a mother of two, I have no vested interest, and I live in Australia. I will not be purchasing from them again and advise caution for anyone tempted to take the risk.
I placed an order and when it was 4 days after estimated ship date I contacted them. They immediately responded and kept I contact with me until I recieved my package. I think they put a rush on my order because I recieved it few days after they shipped it. Everything fit as described. Love this place and will order again.
Purchased a red cut-out swimsuit. True to size and colour with lining inside. Very happy. No issues :)
I bought this item: Women Black Romper 2019 Short Sleeve V Neck Printed Summer Playsuit Along with 2 headbands, which were actually pretty kool. The romper is nothing as described or pictured. Just totally cheap. This is like so many of the clothing websites you're seeing now; cheap crap from China. Don't be fooled. I'd pass doing any business w/them unless your standards are pretty low. False advertising all the way.
I cancelled my order as there was more negative than good reviews that I could see. But they returned all my money within 3-4 days. They also where chatting on the Webb chat when I needed to know things, so although I couldn’t take the chance on the dress, (which was so different to all I’ve seen) I must give them full marks for communication and refunds 😀
The BOMB! this is very nice swimsuit!! the style is unusual than others, same exaclty as the picture. very strechable and the material used feels expensive. I wash it 1x so far all the stitches still intact, the color didnt change. will buy another color!
Beautiful dress, wrong color sent. I just kept it, because it was beautiful, and it was a perfect fit. I did inform them of the wrong color. I ordered red and was sent an orange color. That color wasn't even on the website. I had to reorder another pair of slippers to match the color sent, causing me to spend more money than originally planned. from another site. I also ordered an accessory, and it was beautiful as well. I have no bad things to say about this site, and the clothing, only the wrong color clothing was sent to me. If not for that, I would give 5 stars. I will continue to order from this site. The material didn't feel cheap, either. It kept me warm, and it was cold outside.
