Bought a costume...but read reviews after i placed the order. Panicked so tried to cancel the order. After a bit if too-ing and fro-ing (they tried to offer different items etc/sizes etc, but i just said I'd ordered wrong item and wanted a refund)I got confirmation of a refund being processed... but they said it would be after chinese new year. Today it has come through! :-)

I ordered a beautiful pair of sparkly silver closed toe salsa dance shoes on January 10, 2020 from this company. I needed them for the 23 of the same month. The delivery time was supposed to be 8 to 10 days. The shoes arrived on January 26. They were just lovely, but they didn't fit. I tried and tried to contact them through their website. I wanted to exchange the shoes for the same style,but in a bigger size within the 14 days as required by their website. I could not get through to them. Their website was very difficult for me navigate. I have been trying since January 27 to get a reasonable answer from them. They seem to be quite elusive. All I want is to return the shoes that don't fit and exchange them for a larger size. It should be very simple. It is now one month later and I still don't have the information needed to return and exchange the shoes. Like I said, should be simple, but I am having to jump through hoops in order to get this simple transaction completed. I have asked them for the return and exchange form, but haven't received it. Is there no proper business ethic with these people? Shouldn't they want to help the customer get the product they want? It would seem that with all the bad reviews I've seen, they might want to work at making positive changes.
I am a photographer always on the lookout for props, stumbled upon this website and it seems like the company Jjhouse & .lightinthebox are parading the same photos under a different name. Thankfully I came to this site to verify their authenticity. Beware of scammers hiding under those domains
Bought an item, was told a week after (when it should have arrived in 3-5 days) that it was out of stock and if I wanted an other item, I replied that no I just wanted a refund and lost contact since then... Don't waste your money on this scam website, seems like they just send you items from china/aliexpress with no follow back from customer service AT ALL. Lost 61 pounds for an item that never existed
When I first started shopping on this site my orders took 3\5 days processing and delivery was good. Know it's 45 days processing are you kidding me this is rubbish. I purchased from eBay free shipping the items arrived way before milanoo items paid shipping and O called insurance still waiting. They are a bs of a store when this next parcel arrives No No More believe me and the reviews Stay away.
Order No.:en_mi_191129193949_980 I have paid ££235.41 for this order that purely contained jackets and coats. During payment process, Milanoo would first tick extra insurance cost of £7.14 against your will and then add it to your total payment. Unless you untick that box, the payment will be taken from your account, and it might take ages to get the insurance money back to your account. In addition, the coats I received were nothing like the photos shown on their website and were made from extremely cheap-looking materials. Also, the sleeves for one coat was 3/4 when in their website, it is full sleeves of up to 62 cm. I requested a return for several items and this was their reply: ''If you really want to return the clothes, you might need to pay expensive shipping and we can only refund you 85% of the products. You might not get too much refund. Please think twice before you make the decision. Thank you for your time and patient.'' What a disgusting advice is this? Even though its their error, they refuse to give me full refund Unbelievable. STAY AWAY from this site, their business is based on a pure robbery. Finally, I can not stop receiving their emails, no matter what I do. I unticked each and every single box to do with their emailing, but they keep sending me thousands of their fake promotions every day. I am just tired of this DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR.
Ordered a pair of shoes to wear with a dress for new year's. They are not here yet n it is now January 24 2020. I'm still trying to figure out why they are not here and I'm probably going to have to talk to my bank for a full refund since I just emailed them requesting a fUll refund since the item isn't here. Didn't even read the reviews till now and I'm not okay with them not stating they are based out of China before the order is placed. I'm gonna guess based off other reviews that this is just a very good photoshopped Wish store.... Greeeeeeeeeeaaaat! BUYER BEWARE: Arrived from China, which could be ok but.... The shoes I ordered Besides not looking like shoes advertised, were RIDICULOUSLY NARROW. I asked to return and they said that they only “REIMBURSE 85%” and they Will not pay for Return Shipping “which is very expensive”!
Don’t use this Company I ordered a teddy coat that on arrival wasn’t fit for purpose and couldn’t even act as a dressing gown do it had to be binned. Only if I returned would they refund after the intervention of a third party and this involved further costs. In hindsight I should have read the reviews as the website photos do not reflect the product you will receive. My advice ‘ Don’t use this company’
Although the shoes looked like the picture on the website they were clearly a copy. The shoes did not fit especially with a very high heel and foot arch. I requested a return. Firstly they offered a $ 20.00 store voucher advising to keep shoes and freight would be costly. As this was not helpful I requested a return address. They cost $ 30.00 to send back from Australia to China. I have know received the refund. Cost of shoes less the freight & Insurance plus a 15% restocking fee. Therefore out of pocket $ 50.00 Customer service was helpful but in future I will read not the reviews on the website but also the full policy of refund & exchanges.
Never buy anything from this website It’s a complete scam. I paid extra to have a dress delivered quickly for a big event and it arrived 10 days after the event had taken place even though I was promised it would arrive in time (they said delivery would take between 4-6 days!!) I blame myself slightly in not researching the website as I had no idea they are based in CHINA!! When I tried to return it or complain none of the tabs/links on the website worked so it’s impossible to contact anyone in order to get any sort of reimbursement. Just leave well alone and shop elsewhere.

If I could give the site zero stars I would. I ordered my dress for my wedding on the 29th of November. It said to allow 5-8 days for shipping. 20 days later I contacted their costumer service and they said that my package didn't pass Chinese security, so they resent it and I would have to wait another 5-8 days. A month in, I still haven't received my order so I message them again and they say the same thing about how it did not pass Chinese security and I have to wait another 5-8 days for shipping, AND I cannot request a refund until January 12 (my wedding day) if I still haven't received it. I. Am. PO'd. Their Customer service is extremely lacking and who knows if i will ever get my dress. I am extremely disappointed. Do not order from this site.

There sizes are incorrect. I’m a small, I ordered M. Could not even get over my head. Customer service was not easy to work with. Took forever. If you want to return , they make is soo hard and want you to send to China. Horrible.
as it seems i too have been dooped... I am currently trying to return items that do not fit at all. the fabric is not very good and its either too short or tight in one spot or long and loose in another. I am very sad about this. $128 of clothes i cant use. not only that but i did an estimate of the return shipping according to the label and it will cost me $130-$166 to ship it back. :( I pray they have a good enough heart to work with me on something. This is very bad for their business. Please do not order from this company they are a rip off. I ordered a coat it was too small and the material was totally different from what they had stated. Their return policy is rubbish It was not straight forward and I had to do all the chasing to get my refund back after paying £15.00 for the item to be sent back only for the company to take 15% off the price. I lost out big time. Do not order anything from this company they only want to take your money.
