I love my biz cards from moo- so sleek and professional. I tried Canva bc it was convenient (it’s where I designed the cards) but there’s no comparison. The weight and feel of the Moo card, the slightly cream color, the precision printing were perfect while the Canva card was just basic and alignment seemed a little off.
I have been using MOO for years to print my labels. ALWAYS professional. Great value for money. Had an issue ONCE in years and it was resolved immediately. 100% recommend this company!
Great customer service. The printing & quality of the cards is excellent.
My cards arrived very quickly and looked great, but then when i looked a little closer they were shifted all different directions and the sides were cut off on some of them and the tops were off on some. Very disappointed when i tried to contact Customer Service and get a reply that they usually respond in three business days. I paid for Premium cards and got a cheap botched up mess.

I designed shirt tags for my wearable art UPF shirts with Moo. The final result was AMAZING. The quality of the images and the feel of the tags is top notch. I've always been a fan of Moo, but these tags are my new favorites. I used the matte square postcards.
Thank you to the Moo team for making the experience great. We had a little hiccup with the border design on our cards and they took care of it immediately and sent out a fresh batch of polished cards.
Very easy to navigate website, with a lot of options and styles. The print quality of business cards is fantastic and the delivery time was brilliant.
The quality on the printing is very good. They offer a lovely thick card stock with accents on the edge that isn’t available with other providers. They have one product we like that they have a hard time keeping in stock and occasionally have to wait for.
I used Moo years ago and don't remember the waiting time being this long. Their quality is good, but shipping is horrendous. The cards had been in the "packing stage" for over a week. I ordered on May 1st with a delivery date for the 15th, that's already a 2 week wait time. Mind you, I selected the basic "original business cards". Now it has been pushed to "expected delivery May 18th", I needed to have them ready for Monday morning on the 18th. Very disappointed, makes you wonder if they are shipping from over seas via a container ship.. Don't think I will be ordering from Moo again, unfortunately. There are other companies with faster and more affordable shipping, plus the quality to match or surpass.

Their good customer service doesn’t make up for their faults. Their pricing is absurd compared to other online printers, and their turnaround times are atrocious. I have placed roughly 10 orders and over half of them have arrived late, despite paying for expedited production and shipping. When there are issues with production causing delays, they do not tell you until you reach out to ask about the status of your order. They advertise being able to print up to 50 separate designs on the back, and then mix the unique designs instead of boxing them separately, which is infuriating and takes hours to separate when you have a larger order. The idea of centering prints is unheard of in their production room and you will find that your orders often come skewed. They for sure have high quality products, but be prepared to be more disappointed than amazed when ordering from MOO. I also pay nearly $200 a year for their business services, which make these shortcomings even more frustrating.

I love the quality of the brochures. Got a lot of good feedback from them. Our @ at the bottom was slightly cut off and they notified me after product was sent and offered me a replacement! Great customer service!
I always use Moo as they produce excellent quality products that are very affordable and they deliver promptly.
Absolutely the most human company. They were able to work with me with the creative process- finalizing the art for production. It’s real people helping real people. Highly recommend Moo.
My 100 postcard order was supposed to arrive on Thursday. I needed the order for an event on Monday and relied on that estimate. On Wednesday at 7:00pm I received a notification that my order was delayed with no new ETA. After 10 minutes on the phone on Thursday I was informed that my order wouldn't ship until Monday and there was no way to expedite it. CSR on phone was extremely unhepful and not forthcoming. CSR on chat later was at least able to point to a malfunctioning machine vs a complete unwillingness to be helpful. UPDATE1: this one star review would never have happened had they been forthcoming about the reasons earlier. I may update to two stars if the product looks decent (eventually). UPDATE2: the product does look amazing. upgraded to two stars.

I am just starting my small business. I had made my own business cards and they looked like I made them! Moo was recommended to me and I am so happy that I took their advice.
