This house was such a great spot for our group of friends to get together and just have some fun. Our days were full of adventure off and on the lake...we played a round at the gorgeous Northstar course (3 mins away), swam in the cool waters of Tahoe, and poked around the shops in Truckee. But honestly, the evenings were the best part. We'd hang out on the deck, swapping stories, and cracking jokes. And the stars were incredible on the upper level! This place had everything we needed and felt super cozy. We're already trying to figure out how to make this an annual thing! Will return and book again with Natural Retreats!

Everything was as advertised. The place was beautiful and the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! Very close to the base lodge which was very convenient to get to the ski lift and summit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed at the Fox Run house in Sun Valley Idaho. The house was well maintained. We did have a problem with the A/C, it was not working, the house was very warm, could not open windows as there were no screens. Sent a message on the second day, a management person came out on the third day, a Sunday and ‘did something’ and said if it was still a problem to let them know. Sent a message on Monday and they could not get a repairman out until Tuesday. They did drop off fans on Monday and we were told that the house was warm before our arrival, but nothing was done. The repairman did fix the problem but now it has been 5 days where the house was very warm, above 78 degrees, was very uncomfortable. They offered a credit for less than 1 nights fee. In dealing with them they denied that there was any problem with the A/C before our arrival, making us feel like liars.
We have declined the refund as we do not feel it is enough for the 5 days of discomfort. Still waiting on a response.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Whitefish!
We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful rental in Whitefish, MT. The unit was cozy, thoughtfully designed, and felt like a true home away from home. Everything we needed was right there—well-equipped and efficient, so we never had to worry about missing anything during our stay.
The location was perfect. Being able to walk into town made exploring so easy and enjoyable—no hassle, just pure convenience. Having a dedicated parking space was a huge plus too; it took all the stress out of finding a spot and made coming and going effortless.
We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and charming stay in Whitefish!

Not sure what this company is doing but I was left under impression they're trying to scheme people. Posting a good price property on VRBO, once the property booked and travel arrangments are done, they notify you they can't accomodate you suggesting "discounted" options outside of VRBO. Seems very shady

We have been returning to this same cabin nearly every year for almost seven years, even before it was managed by Natural Retreats. When we first stayed there, the property was almost brand new, so we knew what to expect. However, a few years ago, we considered not returning because the cabin was in poor condition, unkempt, showing obvious disrepair, with rude and inattentive housekeeping and maintenance staff. We even noticed someone seemed to be living on the premises full time. That year, when we arrived to find mold in the shower, toothpaste splattered around the sink, and dirty sheets, we requested service but received responses that felt dismissive. After reporting these issues to Natural Retreats, it seemed we were not alone in noticing the lack of proper maintenance. This year, it was clean and well maintained again. Thank you!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The location is great. The view is great. Lots of space. Kids loved pool, hot-tub, ping pong, and gym. Resort was across the street and town center only a few minutes away. An hour from Yellowstone and an hour from airport. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at North Summit. Immediately upon entering the home, you could tell it was very clean and well taken care of. The owners put a great deal of effort into every decision they made in order for their guests to feel comfortable, including a heated fan in the bathroom. The property had everything you would need for the duration of your stay. The location of North Summit is also wonderful. You will have a view of Lone Peak from almost every area in the house. There are also a ton of things to do and places to eat around the area. If you are considering a vacation in Big Sky, I would highly encourage you to book North Summit!

I would avoid Natural Retreat, 360 Blue, and Castilla Vacations at all costs. This company essentially ruined our vacation. We called about a property, told the lady we wanted to reserve it, and she sent us a link to reserve it. After filling out guest information for 10 people, I clicked submit, only to be told, "This property is no longer available." I called again, and she explained that someone must have reserved it from VRBO. I was in no rush to complete the form because she said the quote is valid for 24 hours. She could've simply locked it in over the phone, but chose not to. Very frustrating experience. Also, they offered no alternative locations, nor did they seem to care about my experience. I HIGHLY suggest using Cottages on 30A, or another reputable company. I called them, and they offered a discount code for my experience at this location. THAT is how you do business!
