Tremendous Support! I have been conversing with Stefan for the last week, and he's been super responsive and has provided excellent support. It didn't necessarily take a week to get my problem resolved. I just had additional questions and he was patient and kind and offered great ideas and feedback on ways to test to see how Nitro was performing.

I have tried a couple different methods to optimize the page delivery speed of my website to no avail. Some popular wordpress methods, recommended, actually broke my website and customer service had no solutions and actually a few push AI chatbots on you being no help. I was about to give up.
Then i stumbled on NitroPack. It's initial sticker shock can be daunting, but i really wanted to feed pages fast for all platforms without sacrificing visual, graphic appeal and behind the scenes form function which cause bloat. It is also very important to keep my designs/css intact, not breaking anything and optimizing for mobile, ipad/tablet and desktop. I accomplished this with NitroPack and the help of HUMAN interaction with their team specifically Atanis, who helped me resolve issues in realtime and that alone offsets the higher cost than some other recommended options which did not work.
Take my advice. If you are serious about your website being optimized, fast and reliable for all visitors on all platforms without sacrificing your designs.. then spend the extra to ensure you get reliable results. Wasting time on cheap alternatives is just that.. a waste of valuable time and more costly in the long run. NitroPack is now my go to option for the best results making my website .. custom built wordpress/divi theme on shared bluehost hosting, fast as lightning and i can relax knowing pages will be served up correctly every time. No solution works perfectly out of the box. Every good website has it's own custom attributes and the NitroPack team and Atanis worked with me to address every issue providing the most optimal results. I could not be happier. Thank you NitroPack for a great experience.
