Customers outside the US beware: I paid $196.50 for Pure Essentials vitamins from Nutriessential plus shipping to the UK (then an additional $10.95 was taken from my card a few days later). I received an email falsely claiming that the shipment had arrived, but it had not, and on investigation I discovered that it had been returned to the sender due to non-payment of customs charges. Nutriessential not only refused to refund or replace the missing item, but sought to solicit *more* money in order to release and reship the return item. The company claims the legal right to refuse to pay customs charges and to retain payment for the undelivered item, and I expect them to reiterate this in any reply to this review. But the objective fact remains that an international customer ordering from Nutriessential has zero guarantee of receiving the product for the price they paid for it, or of being refunded should the shipment fail. Nutriessential has also not addressed its practice of sending false delivery confirmation emails.
This company is amazing! I used the wrong address by accident and the shipment returned to sender. They re-shipped to my correct address with no questions asked!

I didn’t received any tracking information the item was delivered and the postal carrier didn’t knock or ring my bell so the package sat outside in the hot sun for over 16 hours. This could’ve been avoided with proper communication and with the postal carrier not being a lazy employee. I’m very upset. I found one email in spam said my package was delivered so I gave a star for that but I haven’t used the product yet.

I would have marked 4.5 but since there is no 4.5 rather than giving less (4) I decided to mark 5, despite the weird way they charge for international shipping, the shipping cost is higher than other companies charge for international shipping, on the other hand the delivery is very fast and with a very reputable shipping company, really fast and good service and the ordering is very simple . It is like taking a taxi instead of a bus - with certain supplements which are important, this is why I got over the very high shipping cost. I am thankful That I can order and receive my order at this time.

They sell you items that cannot be sold in your country, breaching local regulations knowingly, but they don't tell you When they received the return as customs rejects the item, they decline to refund. If you look at their reply below, it's actually by design, a strategy. They charge you without telling you the product is not legal in your country. The small print says that It IS your problem whether a product passes or not customs (It makes you a customs expert) and finally, when It doesn't pass customs, they receive the product back. The problem is not that they don't refund you the large delivery and customs expensas. They also retain the product fees that they sold you and are getting back. They are thieves, and below is their confession.

Nutriessential experience was great I had some contact with their customer care team and they couldn’t have been nicer and it felt like a person was on the end of the line because there was. I got my product in a timely fashion from Florida and it’s working amazingly well for me just what I needed I got the now minerals to add to my distilled water and they don’t have added magnesium like so many products on the market which calms you down but dom’s your back more so you loose your sense of volition and sovereignty and they keep me thinking and tight and together as distilled water alone you go a bit flakey. A great product and a great store.

The order took forever to arrive K1 capsules, and then it was stuck at Canada Border services and package was opened. Not ordering from them again, i live in Canada and the exchange rate, the long delay and having my product opened at border is not worth it

Don’t order from this site! They keep your credit card details and charge you extra after you have already completed the purchase without your consent. I refused to accept the parcel (and pay more fees above all that) and now after they received back the parcel they are claiming to have a No Refund Policy! This is how they operate! They are scammers!
