I’m using Optiontown for few years now at least traveling twice a month. In general services and prices are so great. I was planning to stop using it for different reasons till Sam Watson contacted me and provide many solutions for things I have like pricing, contacts, and luggages. I can say it is 5 stars rate in the crumbled travel world these days
Worst customer support. I had 10 passes for OmanAir. The Airlines stopped operating on the route purchased for. The refund was promised with 5-7 days but not refunded yet. Everytime I contact the customer service they give a common response that the team is working on will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours but that never happens. Please beware guys before you run behind Optiontown to get your MONEY BACK
