I moved to a new home and you would not accept my address in your system. I called stamps.com three times and I contacted Pandora four times and could not get this resolved. I had to finally send it to my husband‘s work, which I really did not want to do, but I don’t know what you need to do to update your system or stamps needs to update their system, but I’ve lived in this house for four weeks and it is a valid address. It is. 2521 NW 196th St, Edmond, ok 73012 and it is valid with USPS. I’ve already emailed you all this information.

We feel your frustration. That said if STAMPS.com doesn't accept an address we're unable to print postage. There is no getting around that. We can continue to ship to your husbands work address or any other address that works.
