We aim to ship complete orders. That said we were hoping to have more stock in a short period of time. Unfortunately we were only able to fill 4 out of the 5 hair masques. To get your order to you as fast as possible we shipped your package USPS Priority mail at our expense.
This order was placed over a month ago. First call to customer service was answered with an e- mail saying delivery this past Monday. Now another delay,

Unfortunatelly I had a bad experience. first of ordering I messaged them to be sure that my item will arrive before I leave my hotel. they guaranteed by mail that if I bought it, they will send it this same day. I pay the most expensive delivery. instead of arriving Friday, it arrived Saturday when I left the hotel. now they don't answer my mails for a refound. won't buy there anymore.
