I ordered a picture frame for a newborn baby. On the area where it said length they said I wrote 20, not 20 inches. Common sense tells you it’s a newborn so it would be 20 inches. That’s exactly how the sample picture frame was presented online. They wrote 20202020 all the way across that line. They refused to take it back, fix it, or correct it. They continue to offer me discounts, without shipping cost, of course. I will never, ever order or recommend Personalization Mall to anyone.

The product was better than I expected - especially the front which is what I was really interested in. The inside print was not printed in sharp letters however, no one saw the inside since I framed the card so that only the front was visible. It was a perfect addition to our Anniversary Reception decorations.

Honestly I used to love this shop u til recently. Everything is delayed and one of my gifts had a wait time of 4 weeks but was not disclosed as such and when I asked for it to canceled and a refund issue, I was told it was already in production lol well if that true why would it take 4 weeks?? Ill never order from them again.
Worst Customer Service!!
I purchased an order for one of my co-workers who just lost her dog. I wanted it to be special so I made sure I clicked the box for having the gift placed in a gift box so that it would be a nice presentation. The gift arrived at the office and it was just thrown in a fedex bag and the designed pillowcase was not even put on the pillow. I was sodisappointed that I called up PMall. The lady in a customer was extremely rude and stated that my order did not state that I wanted a gift box. I reviewed my order before I submitted it and the box that needed to be checked off to include a gift box was there and they're telling me it wasn't. They offered me a $5 discount on my next order which i'm definitely not going to be placing. I told her that was unacceptable and unreasonable. She said in a very nasty manner, "then what do you want"? I told her I wanted to get off the phone so I could get on the computer and give you guys the worst review. I hung up on her and here I am. I also ordered an item a little over a year ago and I paid for expedited shipping.And the person did not get it for almost 3 weeks. I do not trust this company and I will never order from them again!! And by the way, for the person reading this review that represents their company, you need to hire better customer service!
