It doesn’t let me play my videos, makes me pay monthly even though it was a free photo back up option, and I can’t even scroll through my photos without it refreshing and only letting me see about half my photos. A awful app that I wish I didn’t use to back up all my photos in the 2010’s but now all my photos are trapped on the app

Doesn’t allow for bulk downloading or transferring of pictures or videos. Cost is expensive to add insult to injury. Would not recommend. Update: customer service reached out to me. They provided me with a free link valid for seven days so that I could download all of my pictures.

The site stop loading. been a customer for many many years. works on home computer, but not on the two computers at work. Say's contact Photobucket and then it does not work. What a pain. I Sign in and it crashes, (A big big waste of time today). Not sure what to do.... But this sudden shut down is unacceptable. Okay Photobucket lets see if you make the problem go away????

Super reliable! A gem for photo storage, you don't have to worry about sudden deletions, software bugs or any other issues that plague cloud storage elsewhere. The staff get back to you within 24 hours if you have any questions. Very grateful for a trusted and friendly experience! And very easy that the annual plan that I chose simply renews every year without any problems.

Kinda pricey, need to come up with a way to merge my multiple Photobucket accounts into one main one so I won't have to pay monthly for 3 accounts and not easy to transfer photos to device

Over the years I have used Photobucket, and I use it almost every day. Dozens of my photos have disappeared so I can't find them. I don't know why.
