It took a bit of time to adjust to changes in the software, but I was able to catch on quickly (for an old guy), and I am now totally happy with the package. On-line service help with questions was a real plus!

Very hard to navigate and find photos

Very hard to navigate and find photos, way too expensive every month for what you get. If it wasn’t so damn hard to download the photos I’d have gotten rid of it long ago.

I have been doing business with Photobucket for over 10 years now and they continue to inovate and provide great service.

Since the last update

Since the last update, it is more difficult to create and find albums. Sharing in a forum is more difficult. Talking with a customer service rep is nonexistent, so no real help is available, because what I needed help with was not part of the FAQ list, and I never got a correct answer from my chain of emails. I would like finding an album easier, some of my older ones don't even show up anymore.

I paid extra to rotate some of my (late) wife's pictures from Peru. When I do, it does not cancel/delete the original. I also cannot figure out how to download on to a thumb drive for backup

Website is difficult. Hard to download files and cost to too expensive, you basically highjacked my photos and cannot get them back.

Site and app lag horribly. Plus having to pay now to keep my photos and pay extra to watch my videos is insane.

Poor site gouging you of money

You removed filters I use all the time…

You removed filters I use all the time and I've had to set up an account with Flickr to gain access to them. I prefer, greatly, Photobucket's interface. However, without the filters and slider system you had formerly, I will likely have to end my subscription after many years of usage. Please bring back the "sunny 70s" and other filters we formerly enjoyed.

At the moment my Photobucket is of no use for me. After some kind of update made to Photobucket I am unable to reach my albums. As it is now, it opens to all albums and sub-albums at once and in disarray. Since I can't access my albums in an organized form, Photobucket is currently unusable. Please revert to the previous version as soon as possible.

Pure blackmail!

Absolutely disgusting site all about taking your money now! many years ago I used photobucket to upload all my personal photos & videos with a promise I am uploading them to a secure place & will never be lost etc etc I have not gone into it in many years as to be honest I had forgotten about it.. I came across something the other day which mentioned it & thought omg I wonder if all my old pics & videosare still there!? Well now I have had to pay $5 which has now been taken 3 times but guess what I can't even watch or download my own videos because apparently that subscription doesn't cover videos! I can't afford to pay I'm 63 now & live alone it makes me sad as I can see videos of my partner who passed away from cancer 2 years ago 😭 feels like blackmail

USED TO BE GOOD FOR SURE

My experience with PhotoBucket has always been good. However, last time I logged-in was several years ago. So I never was charged any of the costs I read about in the latest reviews here. For months now they are reminding me regurarly about photos I might lose if I don't log-in again. While at first I really appreciated them keeping my pictures for so long, I now realize that the reason why may not be so philantropic at all ...

Perfect for sharing our family vacation memories

Photobucket was amazing for our family’s fall vacation. We created a shared “group bucket,” and everyone found it super easy to upload photos and videos throughout the trip using their WhatsApp integration. Instead of photos being scattered across phones and group text messages, everything was in one place. It was fun seeing everyone add their pictures and videos as the vacation was happening. After we got home, Photobucket made it simple to organize everything into albums, share the memories with family members who couldn’t join us, and download photos and videos whenever we wanted. No confusion and no missing files. Photobucket took all the stress out of sharing vacation memories and made it something our whole family could enjoy. Highly recommend it for families and group trips!

The sharing function worked really nice for a recent family trip. Everyone was able to upload all their moments and it was really special to have them all together. Worked great and will be using time and time again for events and life moments.
