3 stars because It does the job. 2 stars off because of the inconvenience of using the web portal. One of them is because every time you log in, it will default you to send money to India in Indian rupee - which is not always what you want. And to change it to some other currency is not even a one-click matter. Once you entered the US$ amount and then change receiving currency from INR to something else - it will reset the amount to 'zero' and you will need to start all over again which is annoying. And the second, there is no way to remove obsolete account information in your account portal, even if that is an invalid or never used receivers account. Not only that, it will not suggest receiver's account based on your most recent transaction, instead, it suggests out of all including those that are obsolete, wrong, invalid information. And as a result it makes the user confused as to which one was the correct receiver account? This is also very inconvenient for the customers.

1- App issues, you cant see transfer details on the app. 2- Money transfer fee 3- Money transferring process and customer service both are annoying.

My last transfer took almost a week whereas my earlier similar transfers took a day to couple of days maximum.
