The t-shirts are fine, nothing special. But they take a really long time to ship them and they sneak in a "returns + Package Delivery Protection", for an extra charge, that you probably won't notice until it's too late. Basically a mediocre company that tries every sneaky trick to squeeze more money out of you.
Even though it took a little longer than I hoped to get my order they still get 5 stars due to great customer service. I'll see you soon!
They run ads for sales that are over ALL the time. Ads for sales long ended will still be going throughout the week and then when you ask for a courtesy promo they won’t honor it.
Ordered a size L and they sent size XXL (but it was marked L). Even though their mistake, they aren't refunding the $11 original shipping. Won't be shopping here again.
I ordered 2 items and it said they would ship in 7-14 days. It's day 14 and it hasn't shipped yet. I do not recommend this company.
Ordered 3 shirts . 2 XL. One fit , the other fit by 10-year old kid. It was tiny . So I didn’t think I should have to pay for the shipping and also return shipping fee. It was going to cost me around $15 for their mistake . So I emailed customer service . They replied they’d “look into it and get back to me “. No apology … “sorry for the inconvenience “ I’m done with them . I’ll find another company that values my business
AVOID THIS COMPANY! TERRIBLE customer service- not at all customer friendly. If there’s an issue with your order they absolutely will not work with you. Item never arrived and they refused to issue a refund. So they basically stole from me. I will never buy from this company again.

I ordered a sweater on Dec 1 2025 for a Christmas present. Shipping was $14 USD for 2 weeks shipping. It has now been 4 weeks and it still has not been delivered. Tracking has not been updated. Customer service line is only open for 1 hour a day (M-F)

Took quite a while to get my shirts but honestly writing the review because for waiting 3 times as long as any other place I order band tees from at the same time, to finally get them and have everything about the quality be subpar is disappointing. The shirts are cheap and so is the screen printing. Would recommend places like indie merch store, you’ll get your orders faster and the shirt and screen printing quality will be a million times better.
This shirt was an ok quality but it took a while to arrive, nearly a month is too long in my opinion. I'll just buy in person next time.
