I am using rotimatic for 7 years now. Every 3 year there is some problem with the machine and the company doesn't provide extended warranty. So you need to buy new machine. Paid for 2 times but not sure I will buy for 3rd time as it is becoming costly everytime.

Machine had pan issue where upper pan was going up and down again and again , finally throwing error that pan is not clean. Nomer from tech support team helped in calibrating the pan remotely and it started working after that. Thanks once again
