The person who answered my called was well informed and explained all the options clearly. I felt like it was handled very easily and professionally. I accidentally ordered the wrong sized table and I’ll be receiving the correct one in just a few weeks - really excellent customer service.

I got the rove M1 sofa order through Costco next I must say it took me over 45 days to get use to the sofa since I’m not home often but the. Sofa is really nice just not comfortable at all the return process is tricky hoping to return asap

While we always aim to make the return process as smooth and accommodating as possible, return windows are a necessary and standard part of the furniture industry. We were interested in a bed from Restoration Hardware and we went to the showroom and didn't like the color options. We had previously heard of Rove so we ordered samples and loved the variety of fabrics. We waited for the Memorial Day sale and ordered a king size bed with a vegan leather fabric. Navigating the web site was a breeze and we are getting a voucher for future purchase. Well done Rove..!!
The site was updated with In Stock information as well order fulfillment information so that I could order what I needed. I appreciate the 360degree view option and detailed description and product measurements.,
We had a great experience designing our entire outdoor terrace with Rove Concepts after a virtual consultation with Monu. The process was surprisingly easy and seamless from start to finish. Monu was knowledgeable, responsive, and very helpful in pulling everything together. He listened to our style preferences, helped us think through layout and scale, and made the process feel manageable rather than overwhelming. We appreciated how easy it was to communicate and make decisions remotely. We can't wait to get our furniture. Overall, a very positive experience, and we’re excited to see the space come together.
