Beautiful selection of furniture and nice large images. As an architect, I also like to see the cut sheets with technical information, so it was also nice to see that. Would like to have a better deal on shipping as most companies provide free shipping when you spend a certain amount.

The online process was very easy
The online process was very easy. I do wish the shipping charges were more clearly defined. At first, it said the shipping was $159 (flat rate), but at checkout it was over $300. It was not a show stopper, but it was a bit deceiving. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Overall, the browsing and product discovery experience on Rove Concepts was excellent. The website is visually appealing, product images are high quality, and the item descriptions provide clear details that made it easy to understand materials, dimensions, and overall design. Finding products and navigating the site was straightforward. Unfortunately, the checkout experience was extremely frustrating. Once I entered my address or selected certain options during checkout, there was no easy way to edit the information. After accidentally typing my address incorrectly, I couldn’t properly update it and ultimately had to switch to another browser and redo the entire order from scratch.

The best experience
Very disappointed with Rove Concepts
Very disappointed with Rove Concepts. We purchased several furniture items along with an expensive carpet that turned out to be extremely poor quality and nowhere near worth the premium price they charge. Within a short period, the carpet started shedding badly, with fibers constantly coming out everywhere. Anyone wearing dark clothing who sits on it ends up covered in lint and fibers, completely ruining their clothes. Customer service was equally frustrating. When we contacted them, the response was cold, dismissive, and lacking any concern for the issue. Instead of taking responsibility for a defective product, they pushed everything to their “claims department” and even suggested we may have to pay to return this piece of garbage. For a company positioning itself as a high-end furniture brand, the quality is shockingly poor. Most of their products look good initially but feel cheaply made and unlikely to last long with normal use. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
