My login doesn’t work
My login doesn’t work. 2 hours trying to place my first order. I didn’t get the option for white glove delivery. I don’t want standard. I lost a coffee table in black wax concrete - Maria coffee table. It’s been exhausting! I was charged an additional $100 which your customer service never advised.

We're sorry to hear that you were unable to login, we do have a 'request new password' function but sadly do find that the link can be filtered into a spam mail folder. Regarding pricing, our aim is to be transparent at the point of purchase, therefore all fees such as shipping fees and custom order fees are included in the order total that is provided at checkout. Should you wish to hear about available delivery service levels, don't hesitate to contact our team who can upgrade a service level post-purchase if applicable.
