Preet was good however I had to request over and over to speak with supervisor. None of the Customer Service Reps knew much. The phone system from Canada or other foreign country was terrible. All the junk fees are horrible. I am so mad!

He guided us through the available fabrics, offered helpful feedback about his & other customer experiences, & proposed pros/ cons to various choices. He then went on to provide options for purchasing online. Ensured that the order was put through smoothly. Was overall exceptionally helpful. We will shop again at Rove Concepts, especially at the Toronto store.
