I was in communication with Kheri regarding an issue I had. He was quick to reply and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The only downside was that it took them over 40 days to fix my issue, but other than that, everything was great!
Shopper Approved protects its clients, who pay for their service, from bad reviews. A company they rate "exceptional" is anything but that I had to cancel my order due to their poor service - since I cancelled my order, Shopper Approved will not allow me to post my experience, thus creating a system that only post that are positive.

Believe me, if that were the case, there are many heated conversations over the years that definitely could have been avoided. The fact that we don't protect our clients is what makes our service valuable - even to them. If we did protect them, we would lose all trust and integrity and our service wouldn't have any value. Depending on how the client has their reviews configured, you may still receive the full survey - it's usually set to go out a certain number of days after the initial order. If not, you can always request one by clicking the “Write a Review” link at the top of our homepage, or by reaching out to our support team at [email protected]. Also, if you did have a bad experience with one of our clients, maybe there's something we can do to help, even if it's trying to figure out what happened with your order.
