If I could give ZERO STARS I would . BEWARE!!!! They do not hold themselves accountable when you don't receive your shipment or receive it damaged. I ordered 2 marble lamps with shades and waited almost 3 months to receive them and when I did I got no shipping notification so had no idea when to expect them or that they had been delivered to my package room. When I did go check both boxes were smashed and busted open as the seams and I only received one lamp base in one box and one smashed lamp shade in the other. They keep insisting I received two base don the weight and two boxes BUT each box had only one shade and one base. I have been going round and round with them trying to get it resolved and they say they have suffered a significant lose due to their shipping errors and if I want my refund I need to pay to send BOTH lamps back (BOTH LAMPS!!! I only received ONE and 1 lamp base alone is 25 lbs which would expect to be over $100 just to ship it back and they want ME they buyer to pay the shipping! BEWARE!!!!!

Do not be fooled by the professional photography on Simig’s website. I ordered two ceiling lights for €500 based on images of what looked like expertly sewn, high-quality fabric. What arrived was a cheap, poorly made imitation in the wrong color and a rough, low-grade material.
When I requested a return label and a refund for the second (unreceived) item, the nightmare began. They ignore daily emails or send vague promises without action. They even tried to threaten me, saying that contacting my bank would "cause me problems."
Be aware: This is a drop-shipping company from China with no published address or phone number. They present themselves as a European company, but they do not follow EU consumer protection laws. I am now forced to resolve this through my bank. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
I’m really impressed with this Simig (Oribela) lamp. The design is clean and modern, but still warm thanks to the wood detail — it fits perfectly in both contemporary and cozy spaces. The light is soft and well-diffused, creating a very pleasant atmosphere without being too harsh or too dim. Installation was straightforward, and the overall build quality feels solid and well thought out. It’s one of those pieces that quietly elevates the whole room. Definitely a great purchase — highly recommended.
When placing a purchase, we unfortunately discovered that the lamps ordered was did not fit in our house.
We therefore went ahead and contacted Simig's customer service. Simig's Lina proposed various solutions and always responded promptly. As it eventually did not work for our specific situation, we were able to return the products without any issue and received a full reimbursement. A very good experience for us from a customer service point of view, and we'll shop here again in the future with confidence.

I ordered two lamps, only one arrived, and since the second one never arrived I canceled the order — and now they won’t reply to my emails. They’ve even blocked me, without refunding me for the second lamp. I’d like to know what I can do so these thieves don’t get away with it!
We received the lamp in good order. However, when I wanted to return it, the problems started. At first, the company wanted me to pay the warehousing costs myself. When I told them this was not legal, they admitted that I was right and offered that I could keep the lamp with a 20% discount. I clearly stated three times that I simply wanted to return the product, but they were not cooperative.
Eventually, I was able to get my money back through a chargeback. My advice: only order here with a credit card so you can request a refund if they refuse to cooperate.
Alongside the really amazing product (great craftmanship, beautiful hue, high quality), customer service was really helpful and reached out regarding failed delivery. They made sure I knew where the package was, when and how to get it, and where it would end up should it not be collected. 10/10 product and 10/10 service

Read the product descriptions carefully, look at the pictures – and enjoy the great design in your home!
Simig really came through for me. I ordered some lights that just did not look like the photos. They guided me in trying to find the right bulbs but none of that worked. They stayed in touch and helped my to find an amicable solution. I would buy from the again next time I need lights.
STAY AWAR FROM THIS SITE - its a SCAM! On the surface, it looks great—but underneath, you’ll find low-quality, malfunctioning products and useless customer service.
I waited an entire month for lamps that were advertised with “3–7 day delivery in Europe.” When they finally arrived, they were flawed. For two months, I’ve been emailing back and forth, sending video documentation, and the issue remains unresolved.
Now they expect me to pay nearly $100 in return shipping costs—on top of their long list of return conditions designed to shift blame to the customer. To make matters worse, they don’t even provide a proper return address—only a province and city in China, with no street name, number, or recipient. It feels like a parcel meant to never be delivered.
I’ve never experienced anything like this before. My only advice: STAY AWAY
