I keep being asked to accept the terms but as I'm a returning customer and already have an account there is no option to accept the terms. I have then received emails threatening to cancel the policy. I have emailed and tried to call you resolve the issue but sterling are not open at weekends or evenings.

Having been given your number i was able to take out a policy easily due to your call handler.
However I found it took two half hour waits to talk to someone about a question on the proof of my no claims bonus .

I found dealing with Sterling a very pleasant experience. I did ring their sister company Adrain Flux first and found them more expensive and less helpful. First time using Stirling but will definitely you again 5 stars guys

An absolutely excellent service
An absolutely excellent service. I needed temporary car insurance cover for a relative and Jacqueline was so extremely helpful and made sure I got the best possible solution. This is my second time using Sterling and I would highly recommend.
It's just your inability to accept the agreed value of our cars. We have sent photos of our totally rebuilt 2cv and camper yet you have not managed to accept the valuation. We will not be renewing much of our collection with you. Very disappointed
