Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the fast delivery times and the wonderful value for money across a wide selection of durable work clothes. Many people appreciate the consistently high quality of the products, noting that orders arrive promptly and match their expectations. Some reviewers were not happy with sizing discrepancies and the unexpected costs associated with returning items that were incorrect. A few consumers also experienced occasional delivery delays or troubles when trying to exchange products that did not fit properly. These individuals noted that return shipping fees can be quite expensive relative to the price of the merchandise.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Had no problems with my purchase, so I cannot speak on the returns process or customer service. What I did purchase, however, was delivered promptly with no defects that I have found. Few, if any, shops can match this store's prices on what they sell from what I was able to search up. So, double-plus-good in my book! I've been recommending this site to those close to me, and I will look here for future purchases myself.
SuperCasuals had the Levi’s jeans that I wear at a great price. I will definitely be buying again
Great product at a great price. Was promptly delivered with shipping status notifications in advance
Quick shipping and always quality products
Great product/ great prices All around excellent shopping experience
I loved that we received the item quickly. When the overalls were too big I decided to return the item for store credit and just as promptly returned it. My plan is to use the credit to buy overalls that fit, but it’s been over a week and all I have received is invitations to rate.
Super Casuals has always been helpful & considerate to customers & has provided quality merchandise.
It was not the fault of super casual. The problem was on the return label. We chose to pay additional money to not have to make a label for the return package. When at the ups counter, they said we were wrong. Told us we had to print a label, attach it, then put a paper containing return information inside. When we came back several days later, they said we were outside the return window. (We were within the return window on the first attempt.) This should probably be taken care of via UPS. UPS did not reach out and ask us how we did. It is easier to explain the situation here as opposed to chasing down UPS. Thanks Super Casual. Your reaching out has allowed me a way to vent my frustrations. Thanks, Mike

Customer service was extremely helpful. She brought me into the office, confirmed work shoes were available and placed order for me and had boots delivered directly to my residence. 5 star recommendation!
It’s the third or fourth time I’ve ordered from SuperCasuals. Every time the service has been excellent.
Love the item. Fits well.
I found a great deal on some men's pants and jeans here. The pricing was super, the shipping was fast, and everything went very well. Thank you for some great men's pants at a really sweet price!
I would have given Super Casuals five stars if my boots would have arrived sooner.
Returns cost almost as much as the item I bought!!! Just another scam of a store. Buyer beware!
I’ve made a handful of purchases from here now for my work jeans. Shipping is always quick and always satisfied
Prices are fantastic. My husband loves his new insulated bibs, great quality. Paying for shipping is unfortunate but my order arrived the next day!
