Battery was a perfect match

Battery was a perfect match. Installed easily. One minor issue, the cable from the battery to the motherboard was 1/2 inch too short. Needed to re-use the original in the PC. Battery appears to be charging correctly, and supports the computer well. Glad you had this battery, as I tried to order one from Dell directly, and they sent one that wasn't correct for this model (7480 Latitude)

I have been waiting for the item ordered and it's been 7 days without any updates or at least information as to when, where or tracking number at least. i have to contact the costumer service who told me it's on the way???? that's it.

Considering this is now the second 75"…

Considering this is now the second 75" smart TV that I have bought from you cause my current 75"smart TV that I bought from you totally went out on me a couple weeks ago, which means it only lasted a little under a year and it was a brand new factory sealed TV and the one I just ordered the other day is also!!!! I emailed about my issue and I was told, oh I'm so sorry about that and sent links to your website of other 75" and 85"TV's!!!! Not wow a brand new TV from us and didn't even make it a year and offer a discount or SOMETHING, but no I had to order another new TV that is another over $1000.... The only reason I went through you again is because the prices are less then big box stores but are still allot for a big piece of plastic and circuitry and wires.... Put it this way I have been to China twice in my life and when everybody was running to buy Dr Dre's beats wireless pro headphones and earbuds like LeBron James had for $700 a pair I bought them for $50 U.S. a pair in China!!!!

Trash Organization, Trash Policies, and very unacceptable customer service

What can I say, this company is stuck in the 1980's. I won't be attempting any other orders with them, ever again. They refused to ship a cheap item to my private mailbox at my local UPS store. I ship here when I am going out of town so I don't have packages sitting around outside or returned because of no one to sign. To boot, it is a Paypal Confirmed and Verified address, lol. I'm certainly not sending a wire transfer for 70-something dollars either. LOL. It's funny that Dell will ship a 30k dollar server paid on my credit card to my PMB, but you won't ship a 70-dollar item? Outrageously pathetic.

Are the legit?

I was always afraid to order online, but they had the TV I wanted for $500 less than anyone else. It sounded too good, but I used a trusted payment option so I could get my money back if it was not legit. They are legit. I got all the order and shipping info pronto. It did take a bit to arrive, 14 days, I think, but it arrived in good shape, and I love it. I would not hesitate to use them again.
