I want to be fair: the physical build and materials of the jacket itself are fine. However, my experience with their custom sizing service and customer support has been very poor, mirroring numerous other reviews on TrustPilot.
I ordered a custom jacket with motorcycle armor, strictly following all measurement instructions and providing photos as requested. When it arrived, it was far too tight. Tailoring corrections were offered, but after a slow turnaround, the jacket was returned even tighter than it was the first time. It seems clear that their custom process fails to properly accommodate the thickness of protective armor.
I was eager to make this work and offered to pay for a second, but communication has completely collapsed. It now takes over a month to get a single reply by email, and my case remains unresolved.
My advice: do not order a custom-fit jacket from this company, and definitely do not order one intended for motorcycle armor.

Great made to measure custom jackets for short guys.
Because I'm not the tallest guy I ordered a custom made to measure leather jacket. The final product was above and beyond top quality. It fit me perfectly. The leather quality was wonderful and looked just like advertised pictures on the website. The staff also did a great job communicating with me through the process. Very friendly and professional with answering my questions. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody who wants a good quality leather jacket at a reasonable price.
The Jacket Maker went beyond the call to ensure that all measurements were taken correctly. The result was a perfectly fitting jacket.

I wasn't pleased with the first jacket I ordered. The jacket was too tight and the leather wasn't as soft as I wanted. I had never ordered online before and I thought that's it my money is gone. The jacket Maker said they would fix the problem and send me a new jacket. Upon receiving my new jacket, I was pleased; it fit well and the leather was soft.
I ordered a custom jacket and was nervous what the outcome would be but I received the jacket and it is absolutely amazing! I was blown away, it is everything I had hoped it would be. I ride sport bikes and opted for the thicker leather, this jacket is beefy and will protect in a fall also it is one of a kind! If you are considering ordering from them don't hesitate just do it. Jackets are packed tightly, leather peels when opening the box, damages the jacket...I just paid $530 for a jacket that peeled right out of the box...
Waited forever for this jacket as it never gave a mention that it comes from Pakistan...when I did finally get it, it was damaged right out of the box, when opening it the jacket came out in what can only be described as something heavy was on it, it made alot of noise as I tried to unpeel it, was all stuck together...if I could show the pictures I would, but no option on review here for that......*UPDATE*...THEY REACHED OUT TO ME TO MAKE GOOD ON THE SHIPPERS ERROR, THEY SENT A REPLACEMENT IN A FAST MANNER, THIS TIME USING A NEW SHIPPER, THE JACKET ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION AND IT FITS LIKE A GLOVE...SHIPPING WAS UNBELIEVABLY FAST...I KNOW IT WASNT THEIR FAULT BUT THEY MADE GOOD...ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE AND WOULDN'T HESITATE TO DO BUSINESS AGAIN....HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Firstly, the jacket is wonderful. The quality of materials and construction (is that the correct word to describe the making of a jacket?) is exemplary. I simply could not be happier with the product. Excellent.
The communication was a little less so. They advised that their products were 'made to order'. Nice!
After I placed an order, there were several emails advising 'bonus points' or some such thing (which I don't care about), but two conflicting emails regarding delivery times. That was a little confusing.
In the end, neither of these 'delivery times' were close to the mark, as the delivery was compromised by the freight companies having to consider the consequences of Mr. Trump's Persian adventure. Tracking the parcel was a touch nerve-wracking. The parcel went from Pakistan, sat in Dubai and then Istanbul for at least a week before being released. It went from Turkiye to Germany to China and then on to Australia. Phew!
I appreciate that this stuff was well out of The Jacket Maker's control, but the remit for this post was to 'Tell us more about your experience'!
Despite all of that shipping stuff, and assuming that my jacket is a true example, I would recommend The Jacket Maker's products to anyone and without reservation.
I will buy from them again but perhaps seek a more accurate 'Made to order' time-frame.
And the freight company prevarications (that were nothing to do with The Jacket Maker, of course) will hopefully no longer be part of the picture.

I have purchased multiple jackets from The Jacket Maker over the years. What I appreciate most is the ability to have custom jackets made to my exact size. The quality of the materials has also been excellent.
I originally ordered the Kenton Hooded Black Leather Pullover Jacket in custom specifications, including upgraded YKK Excella hardware in a high-gloss silver finish. When the jacket arrived, I was immediately impressed by the quality of the leather, craftsmanship, fit, and overall design. The sheepskin leather is incredibly soft and luxurious, and the jacket looks and feels far more premium than its price point suggests. The only issue was that the zipper hardware wasn’t exactly what I had requested.
I shared my feedback honestly, and what happened next completely exceeded my expectations. Rather than dismissing the concern, the team took it seriously, investigated it internally, and kept me informed throughout the process. They ultimately sourced the correct YKK Excella zippers directly from YKK, shared photos for my approval, and produced an entirely new jacket to the original specifications at no cost.
The replacement jacket has now arrived, and it is absolutely spectacular. The YKK Excella zippers are flawless, smooth, and luxurious, exactly as I had envisioned. Combined with the exceptional leather, perfect fit, and thoughtful design, the finished product is everything I hoped for.
What impressed me most was not just the quality of the jacket, but the integrity of the company. Mistakes can happen with any business, but how a company responds is what truly matters. The Jacket Maker went above and beyond to make things right, demonstrating a level of customer service, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction that is increasingly rare.
