The prices are low and what I have received is f good quality Shipping is somewhat slow, sometimes as the item may be shipped from overseas. I plan to continue buying from TomTop.

E-store affidabile ho fatto diversi acquisti negli anni , l'unica "pecca" sono i tempi di arrivo dei pacchi in Italia se spediti dalla Cina etc etc. ( come altri siti di e-commerce di quei paesi) , mediamente impiegano 30/40gg. Reliable e-store I made several purchases over the years, the only "flaw" is the time of arrival of packages in Italy if sent from China etc. etc. (like other e-commerce sites in those countries), on average they take 30/40 days. Very slow shipping. Poor customer service. Good items.

I made an order with priority shipping, 4-7 bussiness days it was the description, but instead I received after 21 days. Their customer support wasn’t specialized in what to do/say. Items were as described.

I have ordered a few items from TOMTOP.

I have ordered a few items from TOMTOP. All have arrived in the time specified. One TV book box did not work, a lot of time spent backwards and forwards before I got a % reduction on next item I ordered, wanted me to return it to China, would have cost more than the item. Generally good prices, good products, honest delivery dates.

Generally has cheap prices on items I like. Good selection of goods, excellent options for shipping, easy to find and buy goods. has wishlist is a bonus. coupon codes work with honey. Just make sure your mailing address, is correct, in all places, because if you select your country, sometimes it will default to Angora or some other country if you click on auto-fill or input it the wrong sequence. triple check your address, before buying.

Great Support

I have placed several orders with Tomtop. On this occasion I was concerned that my order because it was split-shipped was taking longer to arrive than usual. However the prompt support I received removed those fears. it was all good in the end and I thank the support I received.

Nervous customer

I was really nervous to purchase online products. When I finally chose to purchase a gift for my boys 8th birthday i was nervous that my money would be gone and no product. It was a huge deal to let money go from my account. I noticed my account had also withdrawn another $20 (for Digital Media) and that my order had been cancelled (a second order which I did not order). I naturally assumed my order was fake and emailed straight away. Within 24 hours a reply was made with a reply that I should be patient. My boy received his gift and thoroughly enjoyed it. However the gift had been damaged in the corner of the console, and I could not take it away from my boy as he didn't care about the damage. The product is great but very nervous about making another purchase.

Very nice n a lot of range of products delivers on time reasonable price. But last time for blackview 9000 it took a lot of time n as promised u dint paid customs duty I need to pay extra for customs Or else everything is fine
