My experience was wonderful
My experience was wonderful, aside from the pretty long wait for the actual call but that’s to be expected with most things. Anyway my experience was great, Casey was very nice and helpful, she answered all my questions and gave me very helpful information as well as help with my problem and lack of knowledge of this site and such. It was a very informative conversation and I can rest easy now, thank you so much and have a wonderful day.

Great customer service
Customer service was very friendly and help, Gab was wonderful. Although I didn’t use the product, they were very helpful in refunding me my money. If I do decide to file thought a 3rd party, I will definitely use them.

TRADEMARK ENGINE WINS AGAIN!
I have been working with Trademark Engine (#347148) for quite a while. I transferred my file from an attorney who never really explained the whole process to me; causing me to lose months of valuable time and gave no real direction regarding the steps of verification I'd need to complete my process. In my latest conversation with RYAN, she fully explained the process of Specimen Submission, Extensions, and also my rights if I go beyond the deadline in submitting proper documentation. I cannot tell you how much I wish I'd started the process of trademarking with TRADEMARK ENGINE, rather than an attorney. They have been continually supportive and knowledgeable in their guidance. Customer service has always found a solution to whatever questions I've had, and are clear about pricing. I recommend them highly!
