So I’ve been buying from Trulieve for years but over the past year they have gotten really bad. Nothing is ever in stock, all the items advertised are never available at any location in my state apparently. And their customer service chat is just completely useless. Unfortunately I will no longer be giving them my business. What started out great had just turned to crap
Trulieve on Blanding BLVD is the spot. Super cool staff, very knowable and awesome deals. Maddie is hands down the superstar there, I will purchase at this shop because of her and her staff. If you looking for great deal at a super chill spot, Blanding BLVD is where to go, ask for Maddie.
The middleburg Fl location is always so slow. The drive thru creeps along. Average wait time can be 20 min or more in the express lane. It’s ridiculous. This company makes enough money to hire more employees and employees who are able to multitask. Stop getting high on the job so you can do your job efficiently.
upselling my 3.5 grams weighed 2 grams when i got it home, the company sent three emails for how was your first trip but noone corrected it the flower is dry and not weighing. never again. avoid.
This is the only dispensary I use. But this is the second time I received empty containers with one or two small buds, perfectly sealed. 2 times now. They rob you and you have no recourse.
My first trip to Trulieve at Panama City Beach was a good one made enjoyable by David, aka Goat. Thanks to him for all the information that made this experience quick and easy. I look forward to working with him the next time I go to Trulieve.

Product is overpriced and full of garbage. They are often out of what was advertised to get you in the door. Long wait times. Poor customer service. Bunk weed.
The massive selection of product, I find that very convenient and it makes for a very good experience. Prices are fair for the most part too. I would steer clear of Khalifa products and tell others to do the same as they don't offer senior or veteran discounts, seems to me that is a good percent of your customers!

It's been nearly a year that I asked Trulieve to put chairs out at least in the medical line, so standing for a long time can be avoided. Guess what? They always say it's a great idea and they never have done it. Harvest used to have plenty of chairs.
Dropping trulieve into permanent 2 star status. as with all the larger names, MUV, Surterra, Etc., this place only grows hybrid stock and labels it whatever. even the designer labels that arent from trulieve (the named growers every big shop features, alienlabs etc.) youre gonna get some stock trash thats nothing like what its supposed to be. $110 1/4 of flower not only was there 15 dollar an eight small flower in a bag of what was supposed to be alienlabs indica, but every single sticker on the bag was different. i had a 1/4 ounce of flower that was simultaneously 3 different things on the 3 different labels and yet, a fourth cheap flower not even remotely what was advertised and purchased. the concentrates and vapes are all sub par. just another big place happy to offload last months stale stock onto you.
Trulieve is the cream of the crop. I am 70 and have tried other dispensaries but Trulieve owns the crown. I go to the Trulieve on park street in Pinellas Park. They are quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Manager Ciera Thames and associate Gabe Lister were 5 stars and went above and beyond to assist me. Certainly my go to place.
I go to TRULIEVE in Daytona beach, FL….TJ was my budtender. The first thing I wanna say is he has the most positive attitude. Always smiling and I learn different stuff about Terps etc. matter of fact he has been my budtender many times in the past. I was so happy when they said “ go to window 8”. lol. Trulieve Rocks 😍
