Second home loan, same team of great people
John, Rachel, and Nicole were once again outstanding every step of the way for me! Rachel and I had a lot of communication back and forth with a few strange hiccups, questions and hurdles, but the entire time I felt taken care of and part of the process in a very positive way. They all did such an excellent job with my entire loan. This is my second loan through Veterans United, and luckily the second time with this team. It was really nice to have had them remember me and my family from several years ago. I will be back again in another several years I'm sure!
Family, Gratitude, and a Wonderful Homebuying Journey
Most people know that our girls moved to Missouri, where they followed their work experience, the place I have long called my professional home. Those who know me also know that being a wife comes first, but being a mom and a gma is right there beside it. The dream, since their move, has always been to move closer to our kids and grandchild, so we recently began looking for a home in Missouri. One of our children & their spouse are both part of an amazing company called Veterans United Home Loans, the nation’s largest VA lender and we're blessed to receive benefits through their employment. Veterans United does not just take incredible care of its employees. The care they show their customers and families is just as impressive. We've seen this first hand through the generosity they've shown our children. We recently received the cutest gift box for our dogs from the team helping us with our home search. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected surprise. The customer service we have received from Haley, Francie, Mike and the entire VU family has truly been hard to top. They have made us feel supported, informed and cared for throughout this process.
