Others also experienced disturbing noise levels from engines or water pipes in their rooms, which affected their rest. A few travelers additionally felt that outdoor seating areas were somewhat limited during the voyage.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! Kudos to Marie and Sid in particular. The entertainment by Nicole and House Band was superb! My husband has mobility issues, and he received help. There was an air freshener or some kind of aroma on the ship which was too powerful at times. We enjoyed the excursions, which were well organized.
My friend and I enjoyed our cruise experience. I have a walking disability and found the crew most helpful in making this a good experience. We both had a few.” it could have been done better.” issues, but the food was good. The accommodations were good. We enjoyed the smaller ship experience and getting to know and make new friends.
The entertainment was excellent with Nicole, Shaun and Jeremy.
It would’ve been nice if the evening presentation for the next day would have been more directed at what the next city has to offer, as opposed to just trying to sell upgraded packages for ground excursions
Our lakelorian could’ve done a better job telling us about the history of the lakes as opposed to trying to teach us a college course about ships.
One of the best experiences I have ever had. Our cabin steward, Julius was exceptional, our waiter, Alden was exceptional. Everyone on this cruise went above and beyond to make this the best cruise experience possible
Liked having initial night at hotel. Enjoyed the excursions and itinerary, the entertainment was outstanding, food was excellent, and staff and service was great.
Thought the breakfast hours were too short and the Grill was not very accessible needing to go outside.
The staff were super. The food was for the most part good, but not exceptional.
The shore excursions were ok, but not great. Chicago, Niagara Falls and Mackinac Island were great, Milwaukee and Cleveland were ok, but Escanaba was a waste of time.
The on board crew made the cruise well worth doing.
Staff were all great, especially dining room. Ship itself so-so, ports were mostly big cities (not a fan, but did know ahead of time) and crowded, touristy places. Generally felt it was over priced for the experience.
We were very pleasantly surprised at how efficient this cruise went. It is the first time we have sailed on a small ship and didn't know what to expect.
Shout out to the cruise director and especially the excursion director. Also the entertainment was fabulous! I was told to expect a piano bar.
Itinerary was wonderful and we loved the excursions. The food onboard was amazing and we loved the after dinner entertainment. The ship was well maintained and the crew were attentive, kind and welcoming. Everything exceeded our expectations! Best way to see the amazing Great Lakes and beautiful northern cities!
We had a wonderful time on our Great Lakes cruise August 18 thru 29. Our cabin #344 was well attended to by our porter. Our head waiter Rahmat was so attentive to every need.
Depak and Jose kept us from getting parched in the lounge. Sabrina treated us like we were her favorites. But I know she treated everyone that way.
I hope you will sail the mississippi sometime next year.
The smaller boat was perfect for us - we are normally not cruise people.
Service was great both in the dining room (shout out to Murni) and Bar (shout out to Theresa).
Entertainment and daily activities were great.
EVERYTHING GOOD BUT THE PLANNING FOR LEAVING HAD US AT THE AIRPORT AT 9 AM FOR A 2PM FLIGHT
THAT WAS AN UNEEDED 5 HR WAIT. WE WERE TOLD TO NOT TO BOOK A RETURN FLIGHT TILL 2PM
I COULD HAVE GOTTEN 2 EARLIER FLIGHTS
ALSO, IN DETROIT WE HAD A 7:30 TOUR, BUT THE FODD PLACES ONLY OPENED A 7
WE HAD TO RUSH OUR BREAKFAST
The band was awesome. The food portions were nice, not too large like in restaurants. The staff were so helpful. Shout out to the shire excursion director, Maddie!
Outstanding service, view, shore trips…entertainment.
Wi-Fi was horrible, and it would be great to stream the entertainment to the rooms since it is so late for some of us.
I did not like the road scholarship folks-very unfriendly and pushy.
Keep up the good work…
I highly recommend this cruise.
