I am a repeat customer and I love the products and the selection. I've had to deal with customer service on one occasion because of shipping damage and their response was both timely and hassle free.

The product work as expected. Packages came in multiple deliveries which was a little painful but they arrived quickly and in full. Good quality for the price point and for a novice was everything that I expected. The controller was a pain in the butt to connect but got there in the end and caused me no troubles since. Overall experience was good

My oscillating fan stopped oscillating and I checked the warranty. 2 yrs on their fans and I was 2 months away from expiration. Vivosun support was responsive and helped me with a replacement. They made it super easy.
