I've used Vivosun products for many years. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is that they came in different shipments on different days in different packaging which was confusing.

Please update your website to the real order number Order ID: #170013858726073606 Our VCure finally arrived, The delivery service handled it good, We didn’t see anything wrong with the package on the outside. We unpacked it and noticed 2 crushing gouges on the back corners. I’m a retired mfg engineer that thinks the dents occurred prior to shipping. I’m not happy because of the amount of money spent. Does VIVOSON have any Quality Control to catch these things before it ships?! I’d send pictures but can’t find an option.

Tent arrived with box totally destroyed…
Tent arrived with box totally destroyed in one corner.When tent was set up there were visible pin holes and light seeping through the the zipper seems.Very unfortunate because I lost money and was not able to use this or pay for another one.

I love all my Vivosun stuff! Best bang for your buck if you ask me..I've been given gorilla and Infinity tents they just leak light. These tents, exhaust, lights, fan and touch screen system are the real deal! Delivery was through Amazon so it was great! 10/10!!! Will keep my buisness with Vivosun!

They are really well made growing tents and all their products do as well as advertised. If you ever have any questions they quickly answer you back. Everything I have purchased from them has been very good and affordable for anyone wanting to grow anything all year round. I would recommend them to anyone. I had an issue with my controller and they were right on it helping me resolve the issue.
