They're trying to be the Apple of grow equipment but they don't actually have the engineering standards of Apple. Essentially every product they make is just rebranded Chinese gear at a premium price. Absolute best customer service anywhere… 3+ years later, and they’re replacing my damaged cloudray s6 fans. All I had to do was reach out, and prove the damage, and i had a shipping confirmation for a gen 2 2-pack.
For what it’s worth, AC Infinity is easily one of the best options for indoor gardening I’ve found. I have a few tents from various companies and AC tents are great. I’ve only had to use customer service once and it was easy and fast to get a replacement. I would recommend them to anyone looking to try growing plants hydroponically indoors. I do plan on getting more items as needed in the near future.
I have an ac infinity fan and filter for years and I've never had any problem at all with it so I changed everything I've got over to ac infinity my tent light I went with the evo3 for a 2x3 I know it's more then I need but I really like the bar design with the 69 pro controller with the humidifier and the 4 inch fan and I'm going to get a dehumidifier next personal I think they have really neat stuff all the way thank ac infinity and if i ever get a bigger tent set up I'll go with another ac infinity evo6 (ps) I have emailed them theyve always emailed me back within 24 hours and answered any questions on if i was going in the right way thank you ac infinity team 😀

Placed an order Aug 2 then sent a request through AC Infinity's own messaging service that I wanted to cancel the order and requested a refund. Aug 3, I receive email confirming the order and that it shipped - I sent a 2nd cancellation message again no response completely ignored - no customer service whatsoever. UPS picked up the package 3 days later Aug 5. AC Infinity had ample time to communicate with me and to cancel the order. Zero customer service from this company... As a Canadian all I have to say is this I will never purchase from the US again!
amazing products but the most trash customer service you will ever experience. Context, i ordered a dehumidifier the night of the 21st, its now been 3 business days and 2 non-business days. i paid for 3 day select and its still not here. I contact support and unfortunately alex from acinfinity cant count. He tells me that the 21st to friday isnt three business days.
I really wanted to like AC Infinity. That's why I bought a 5x5 AC Infinity grow tent from my local grow store. The day I set it up, I got zipped inside of it and it was FULL of light leaks I had to patch with black tape. A few years later I bought a humidifier from AC Infinity that worked great for about 6 months until the humidity sensor simply stopped working and I can no longer use it for anything but general humidification. A few months ago I decided to give them one last chance and bought a Terraform 8 because of having temp issues. It wasn't running a month, and I came to find it on but not pumping any air as well as not letting me access any buttons. I had to unplug it from the wall, wait 10 mins and then replug it for it to work again. It has now happened TWICE in the first 2 months I've owned it. I am completely done flushing my money down the toilet with AC Infinity.

Everybody pretty much understands that customer service these days is a thing of the past. Companies don't want to talk to you and they don't want to help you. But AC Infinity just blew that right out of the water. Their electric sprayers are absolutely incredible for people who have plants or reptiles or birds. You charge the sprayer and then all you have to do is push the button once and it turns on. And it has a very long runtime as well. For everybody who has to keep squeezing a trigger or pumping a sprayer this is a game changer. So right off the bat they have a great project. I had a minor, and I mean minor problem, with the nozzle after about a year and I reached out to the company. Marissa immediately took charge of the issue and could not have been any nicer, or responsive during the entire time I was dealing with her. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but from beginning to end she was amazing. I cannot speak more highly of the company or the product or Marissa, because on a scale of one to 10 they are definitely a 20. AC Infinity really is that good. I usually think that reviews are a waste of time but in this particular situation I was more than happy to write one. AC Infinity must be very pleased to be able to produce such a fantastic sprayer, and I am sure that they are aware and very pleased that such a quality individual is representing the company in such a positive manner. It really felt like I was dealing with a friend and Marissa went above and beyond anything I expected. I hope they stay in business for a long time because not only am I extremely satisfied customer, I am now a lifelong customer.
Just a shout out to the drying net. When they said it's also for seed, they weren't kidding. I have 2 other nets, which I thought I liked pretty well until I bought the A/C infinity Drying net. I breed, so collecting seed is very important. I had 5 different strains, all seeded, in that one net. As I pulled the buds out to cure, seeds were left on the netting. I put my hand underneath, to collect what I thought would fall through, but none did. ZERO seeds fell through to next level. Great job A/C infinity....
