Products great, all small deliveries arrive with no issue promptly, however any larger items shipped via DHL have terrible communications.

Always amazing correspondence, hardly ever any issues and the one time we had one I cannot express the promptness, efficiency and professionalism they handled the situation with. We love VIVOSUN so much that we will never buy through anywhere but their direct website because of how professional and competitive they are. At the moment our largest setup is completely VIVOSUN and we have a smaller marshydro setup and we did the research, and the research was incorrect - for us anyway, our experience with VIVOSUN direct has been far superior than any other brand or selling platform. Give them all their flowers!
