I needed some last minute gifts for some out of town people. What is more Pittsburgh than a Wendell August ornament with highlights of the city on it? The boxes make a beautiful presentation, not to mention they are a suitcase friendly weight and size. The options for expedited shipping were reasonably priced, and my order shipped quickly. Everything about the service and the quality of my order was perfection!
They are always so helpful when I place an order. Thank you so much!!
I have been ordering their American made products for years now. Mostly for gifts. Very happy with their craftmanship, easy access web page, along with the choices of payment they offer. Customer service is unmatched. At times, they will even check with you if they have a question to get it right. Always a good outcome and feeling. You will order again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful as always. Well done. Slow to arrive but that was USPS, not Wendell August.
I have never purchased any item from Wendell-August that I didn't love the workmanship and quality of the item. The website is very easy to use. The recipients are always thrilled with the gift. When I get an invitation that warrants a gift, I go to my Wendell August catalog.
Mary has taken my order the last several times. She is extremely polite and helpful—also sorry about the closing of the Wendell August store in Berlin, Ohio. She also informed me that my favorite gift to others is no longer being made. I am always glad when I hear Mary identify herself!
I am very pleased with the Prayer Bowl anniversary gift that I purchased from Wendell August Forge. As well as, the Italian bracelet, the Nutcracker Lighted Water Lantern and the Steelers ornament. The quality is excellent on all products, the ease of ordering and the timely delivery were all exceptional! I recommend this company to everyone looking for unique and memorable gifts. Thank you!
Easy order process and great product quality
Amazing... the trivet I ordered arrived the day after I ordered it. It was very easy to order online. The trivet is beautiful. It is being given to friends in Spain. I am very excited to give it to them!
It was remarkable how quickly I received the order after it was placed.
