Friendly and professional staff member…
Friendly and professional staff member who called me. I was trying to place an order by phone during a weekend. I wanted to take advantage of the 25%, and free shipping after spending $100. I received a phone call on Monday morning from a staff member. She even honored the savings. Unfortunately, I forgot her name.

It was easy to order. I was hesitant to make my order online concerned my item would arrive broken, but that didn’t happen. It was packaged with bubble wrap, in a strong box and that box was placed in another mail box secured with packing paper.Love buying from hometown crafters and in United States, thank you very much 😃🇺🇸
