What people say
Great product and service, as usual
The product was, of course, great, and the service was too. We have bought several unique gifts from Wendell August and will continue to do so. Ordering on-line is prompt and easy.
Shopping in store and on-line
I have loved Wendell August for many years and have quiet the collection of pieces. I do however think that the Rewards for on-line shopping and in store shopping should be the same. I live fairly close to the store, but cannot use my rewards there. I have to use them for on-line shopping. Which in turn I have to pay shipping fees. As a customer, I believe that you should be able to use them on-line or instore. That would help my shopping experience.

Was able to order what I wanted
Was able to order what I wanted. I’m disappointed that the Berlin, Ohio location is no longer open. I really prefer looking at and handling the item before I purchase it. Not being able to do this might affect future purchases.
