The items took a long time to be delivered even though it says on the site 3-5 days it’s taken 3 weeks and the item I bought looked lovely online but when it arrived it looked really cheap material nothing like the photo and I ordered my correct size and it is hanging off me I was so excited for my dress to arrive and I was so disappointed when I tried it on 😢

I've thought that the dresses were good but won't order from them again as it took two weeks for them to arrive and one of them was. Too small although I'd ordered a large I can't send it back so IAM having to sell it

I placed 3 orders until today. For the first one I was quite worrying after having read all different comments. But since i really liked the products i still tried. I must admit that I was quite surprised ! I expected bad quality and cheap clothes but finally they are not so bad. Of course, they are not clothes to go to Cannes or Hollywood ! ;) BUT they are quite good quality for everyday clothes ( home-work-beach). On 10 products only 2 diseapointed me ( cheap material and not the size I ordered, but I did not return because at last it is quite complicated to send back clothes ( you must PROVE what you say with pictures, fill a special form etc...). BUT if i can give you an advice, please check on each product the size ! They can be different from a cloth to another. I usually wear "M" ( EU size) but some time I took "L" and I was right. Be careful to the size, it is Chinese one. I recommand Yoins.

Too much hassle to return!
I ordered two items that didn't fit me so I requested to return them. It is quite a long process and their 'live chat' option is just another way of emailing them so you still have to wait at least a day for a response. I do not fully understand how to return as I have not been given a label with an address on to stick on the front of the package to give to the Post Office, only a label to put inside the parcel. I've also read reviews that shipping can be costly especially as I am returning my items from the UK. Lots of hassle just to get a refund.

Helpful customer service
I ordered 6 items, 5 came together and one has still not arrived. The items did not fit me, so I used the chat feature to speak with customer service regarding a return. The return process has several steps, but the representatives help you through the process. I am not able to access the email used to place the order, but Mindy on the chat tonight was very helpful in forwarding the return email to my other email. Although I did not keep the items, the customer service was very friendly, respectful, helpful, and responsive. Please note- items ship from China, thus shipping takes longer than you might anticipate and I was charged an international purchase fee on my bank account. Thank you for making things right, Yoins.
