Great Responsiveness! I had some issues with 2FA login and reached out to the support team. They were there in no time to assist and helped me right away. The most important thing for a web agency that outsources web hosting is support FROM the hosting company. xCloud has not failed me yet. When I moved our first set of clients off of our legacy host, the one thing I was afraid I would miss was the quick support. Again, xCloud has not disappointed. If support is important to your business, give xCloud a try.
Huge Improvements
I've been with XCloud for a while now, and while there were early teething troubles, they have really stepped up their game. Support response times have improved significantly, and one support agent Jack, has really delivered outstanding service when handling a complex bot attack, providing technical help and guidance, as well as demonstrable knowledge on the subject. Fast and professional support team

Positively surprised
I had been using xCloud self hosted server for only a month but so far I'm loving it. I recently had an issue with a WP site and they managed to find the issue and reply in less than 30 minutes. And this on a Friday evening. I did not expect that and was very surprised - in a positive way. Spinning up a new site is easy, managing it as well. Their demo sites are also a great feature that allows easy development and one-click push to production. I'm hoping to migrate the rest of the sites to xCloud in the near future.

xCloud is an absolutely incredible product/service offering for the price point
I have used multiple hosting platforms over the years (e.g., DigitalOcean, Runcloud, ServerAvatar, Cloudways, etc.) and xCloud beats them in every category (flexibility, feature set, value for cost, responsive/knowledgable support). Perhaps most impressive is how they are continually improving their product and allowing client-base to influence roadmap priorities. Really fast and honest support without…
Really fast and honest support without any bureocracy. I've opened tickets several times with different priority and I got resolved in time acceptable according to the ticket priority. Easy to install on self-host and a lot of handy option for wp hosting but also other app like n8n , custom php etc. I recommend it !
