I really enjoy yes.fit as I can complete virtual races at my own pace. I love the beautiful medals - they are my incentive to keep moving and working out!

Been using Yes.fit for years

Been using Yes.fit for years. My 6 year old granddaughter admired the medals and together we earned one for her. I love how you send the medals AFTER one logs the mileage. Much more satisfaction when we EARN it

Great Motivation!

Great Motivation to stay active in a socially distanced way! I never thought in my life I'd be able to compete a 121 mile race - and I did it!!

I really used too love Yes.Fit.....

I really love Yes.Fit. I helps me want to get up and move. I also love getting a reward for my efforts. Even more incentive! I have done over 6 races and loved all of them. I thought that the club would be a fun part to donate too, hoping that I would get my reward and just pay for shipping. Not the case, when I already pair for the race, or the membership, and then pay for a reward. Where is the savings. Seems like it went from wanting to give people extra incentive to want to get moving and get healthy or healthier, but now is a way to just constantly pay for everything. No the discount isn't enough. And yes, I have just walked some races without getting a metal. But lets face it we do this for the metal... that is the point. Something different to give us incentive to want to create better habits and exercise. So I used to love yes,fit... but now just seems like a waste of money. I rather pay for a membership that included my prize" reward." Also, I have had crazy difficulty getting this to sync to my fitbit... It doesn't refresh or keep an data. I have to go in manually and update it every day. This is also why I stopped using yes.fit, cause of this. No matter what I do, nothing helps it automatically update when I sync my fitbit.

Need support group help

I love being motivated by the videos but am having a difficult time navigating the support groups.

The medals are fun, but why suddenly has Yes.Fit started charging $6.00 (wow!) to mail them? I've been a member for years and never has this been done before. Also, the redesigned website as it relates to showing the races does a really POOR job of it. Constantly arrowing over is a pain. The previous design, where they showed on the screen and you could just scroll down, was much more logical. And for years I've suggested that you should be able to sort out the races you've already completed in the filters. Because it's winter, my racing has slowed down so I recently discovered all the above after not finishing a race for a couple of months. Very disappointed.

I have been trying to upgrade my membership to VIP at the new rate of $60.00 per year but the help suggestions that I have been given are not working. The site I was told to log into only gives me the option of $120.00 per year and I'm not going to pay that amount. I will stay on the plan that I have because no one seems to be helping me.

I truly enjoy the Yes.Fit races, and their t-shirts are very good quality. I am saddened that they are doing away with free shipping for those of us who do not pay to join their VIP club, but it's understandable.

Very nice virtual race company

App is useful. Posting workouts and tracking progress is easy. Shipping of medals is fast. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I would like to be able to print a virtual race bib for my collection. Yes.fit is the only virtual race company that I’ve used that doesn’t offer that. I got my boyfriend started on virtual races with yes.fit and he doesn’t mind. I just like having bibs to go along with my medals as I use them to keep a record of the dates I finish.
