Got the wring size shirt delivered than ordered. Great response time and customer service, got replacement sent the next day! All without having to wait for wrong item to be returned with label sent. Always a great motivator to keep moving and happy they make things right.
We try to get things right the first time around, but when we don't we make sure to fix them immediately.
I don’t like the new set up of the app. Very hard to use and also it won’t track my activity any longer. Can’t find anywhere to refresh. At this point won’t be buying anymore coins because it’s pointless since I’m not able to log anything.

I have never really had a problem with the company and their products. Shipping has been fast when weather doesn't hamper it. The medals have all been awesome as well. The only problem I have is the fact that there aren't more headbands. I love them and get them when they are an add on. They are perfect on my forehead to stop the sweat from running down into my eyes. I just wish there were other colors. I wouldn't even care if they all have the logo. Lol
Hey Kristin we have a wide variety of headbands that are addons right now but we will be moving them all into the store so they are available to purchase without a race. I believe we have over 25 different headbands at the moment.

It’s very easy to sign up for a race once you get there. It’s just hard to get to the races after you sign in … seems to get stuck on the title page. I kept fooling with it until finally I got to the race lists.

I'm very satisfied in general. The only trouble I have is getting discounts when offered and I'm buying a race. You always fix it if I ask but the app could maybe work better.

Love the races and medals are great quality and worth the money. My only suggestion is to have virtual race bibs you could print. As someone who collects race bibs, this is something I miss.
Good idea, you can join our Facebook group and we have a lovely member that makes the digital race bibs that you can download and print.
