Yolissa hair is the best I’ve been using their hair for 3x now and very good quality and safe and fast delivery every time. Their human hair is soft but little smelly but nothing that a good wash won’t fix. Minimal shedding very good hair.
I had a pleasant experience ordering from Yolissa. I ordered a bodywave wig (200% density) and although very good quality - the wig was not as full as I expected . It's more of a natural looking wig in my personal opinion ( I've purchased many 200^ density wigs in the past so I'm very knowledgeable ) the density is more like 170% and although the company assured me that it was 200% density, I'm still not convinced. Plus points :- good quality hair, true to length (looks like it will last for awhile, no tangling or shedding even after co-washing and the wig arrived fast to the UK. I would've given a 5 star rating if not for the density issue.
Overall experience was great, quality hair with no smell and length wise. But 1 of my hair was 180 density instead of the 250 density I paid for and it wasn't cheap. I believe packaging people should pay attention to all details to ensure customer gets the right goods. Thank you.
I am not totally happy will the two wigs I ordered. The styling of the wig is not like the picture on the website. The 14 inches hair length appears shorter and thiner then expected. This is not my first time ordering this style wig fom Yolissa Hair. Disappointed in the wigs.

I have purchased multiple wigs. The wigs are always great quality. Unfortunately, the last wig I purchased I didn't like the color too much. This company went back and forth with me to avoid a return. That is not good customer service to me. The site days they accept returns, therefore there should be a no hassle return. I ultimately ending up accepting a partial refund that was lower than what I requested.... Due to terrible customer service, I will never purchase from the site again. I like to return items if the site states you can return items.

I got the 24 inch double drawn closure wig and I love it!!! The hair feels very premium, it is super soft. They also customized the hair for me to fit my size and their communication and service was top notch. Delivery was pretty quick too. It took 5 days. I’m overall satisfied with my order 😊.

I have been buying wigs from Yolissa for at least 10 years now and every time the wig is perfect. They have great communication, they send me photos of the wig before they ship it out. They are overall a great company with amazing hair. The caps are quite large ( even the medium is huge)so if you have a smaller head definitely order a small so the wig isn’t hanging by your neck. Highly recommend this company!
Terrible experience. My wig took over 3.5 weeks to arrive. After the 2nd week, when there was no tracking provided, I requested a refund. The wig took over 1.5 weeks to arrive and it's now been a month and still no refund or information on how to get a refund
