I would give 0 stars if it was possible, I purchased 2 wigs from this company after I saw my sisters I knew that I disliked the texture and the length was not accurate and or acceptable. They tried to give me a hard time and did not want to accept return after pictures were taken unopened not tampered with and or removed from original packaging. I finally had to get PayPal involved only then did they accept return, it's been almost a week since wigs were inspected and I have not received refund as stated, this has been a nightmare to say the least horrific experience.

Their customer service was excellent, and they provided frequent email updates to ensure they fully understood the desired design. Based on the screenshots provided after the highlights were applied, the final result aligned with my expectations. The wigs do have a strong odor; however, I routinely wash and sanitize all wigs thoroughly before use. I cannot yet comment on the hair quality or longevity because I have not worn the wig, and it typically takes several weeks and washes to evaluate those factors. However, there was no shedding after the initial wash, which is encouraging. Overall, the company demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I have ordered several wigs from them and have no complaints, as they have been of good quality.
My wig took weeks to arrive. The lace was not HD, like I ordered, nor were the knots bleached. The hair was frizzy and definitely not 20 inches. I left a review with pictures on the website, that they will not post. I will not be ordering from them again. 7/28/26

The product I received is clearly different from the advertised photos. The listing shows a smooth, uniform beige blonde loose body wave wig with a consistent color throughout. However, the wig I received has a yellow blonde front and grey/silver tones in the back, making the color uneven and patchy.
The hair also arrived tangled/frizzy and does not look smooth or styled like the listing photos. This is not a minor lighting difference; the color mismatch is visible in real photos. The item is not as described, and I am requesting a refund.

I am a returning customer, but this will be my last order. I received my wigs yesterday and the smell coming from the package was absolutely overwhelming and disgusting. It was so bad I couldn't even bring myself to take the hair out of the box.
When I contacted customer service immediately to request a return, they started delaying the process, offering me a tiny $20 coupon and asking me to wash the wigs myself! This is unacceptable. After reading other reviews, I see this company has a history of trying to avoid refunds. I want my prepaid US return label and my full refund immediately. Do not buy from them!
They took forever on my shipping and then gave me a kinky straight wig that was loosely made. ALL OF THE HAIR CAME OUT ESPECIALLY NEAR THE CROWN. IM BEYOND LIVID!!!!
The wig was horrible I have ordered from them a few times but this was terrible the wig was hard I contacted them to try to resolve the problem the told me they often put a lot of hair spray in the hair and to just wash it and re style it.. I am pissed as I payed for a style! I will never order from them again...

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Alipearl Hair. I ordered an 18-inch raw wig, expecting to receive the unit exactly as described. Instead, when it arrived, only the frontal was around 15 inches, it was a completely different color than the rest of the wig, and overall it did not match what I paid for.
I reached out to customer service hoping they would correct the mistake, but instead of taking responsibility, they tried to convince me the wig was correct. Then they offered two unreasonable options: I could pay even more money to have the wig “customized,” or they would give me a $20 coupon toward a $129 18-inch frontal piece so I could fix the wig myself.
That response was frustrating and unacceptable. If a company sends the wrong unit, the customer should not have to spend additional money or repair the mistake on their own. Customers deserve to receive what they ordered and to be treated fairly when issues arise.
Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend Alipearl Hair.

Purchased the Burmese curly hair that arrived 3 weeks ago and the hair has been shedding excessively after each wash. The hair is terrible and Alipearl keeps saying the hair is good quality. This is not good quality at all and a waste of money!! Do not purchase!!

I’m currently going through hell with this company . Bought a wig for $750 and the item was shipped with FedEx and a signature was required . First I missed the delivery , second day of reattempt , driver marked the package as delivered and signed my name . I DID NOT SIGN FOR THIS PACKAGE . When investigated the driver said it was delivered to front door . Now that’s a violation because the item was signature required . Filed a claim , contacted alipearl hair. I was told in order to receive a refund . I’ll have to file a police report . After doing so I was told they can reship me a wig shorter in length (20 inches) to be exact or I can receive a refund of $82 . How disrespectful after I paid the insurance for the item . They’re scams and they’re the worst ‼️‼️‼️
The wig I received was complete garbage. Extremely thin, a million fly aways as if the wig was gonna fly to another country off my head and a widows peak hairline which I did not ask for. The quality clearly on the website did not reflect what I paid for which was over $350 dollars. The hair is thin at the ends and visibly see-through. It lacks fullness and density, and it tangles very easily when combed. If this is truly 100% human hair, excessive tangling should not occur to this degree. Additionally, you advertised “pre-cut layers” and stated that shipping delays were due to customization, yet there are barely any layers present and no visible customization appears to have been done.
As a hair professional, I can confidently assess that the ends are unhealthy and not true to length. Trimming the damaged, thin ends would result in a loss of approximately 4 inches, reducing the wig to 30 inches. Based on your website pricing, the difference in cost is $105. In addition, because the wig lacks the density that was advertised, I now have to purchase an additional bundle at $200 to achieve the fullness shown in your promotional materials.
This situation has created a major inconvenience, especially since I needed this wig for a special event this weekend. I am now forced to spend additional time and money to correct an issue that should not exist.
This feels like a classic bait and switch, where the product delivered does not match what was marketed. These types of unethical business practices are extremely disappointing, especially at this price point.
Due to the inconsistency between what was advertised and what was delivered, I am requesting a partial refund of $305.
