Sadly after having hip surgery and the passing of my mama, I missed the “ window” to receive a refund for my unopened insoles. They were gigantic so I never took them out of the package and requested a refund. Did not hear back from the company and they said it must have gone to spam or junk mail. I then asked if They could send me the correct size but they were unable to help me… or unwilling to help me! They lost me as a customer and I just would say… buyer beware! Yes I missed the “ window” to return them but what company wouldn’t accept a product that did not fit and was unopened!? To me a sorry company! Never again! Just be careful and make sure you are within their “ window”!

Return policy not what Medmart says it to be

I have ordered 3 slings. The first two slings purchased are the wrong size. I called and found out that no returns will be accepted if the package was opened which they were so we had to keep those two, knowing they would not be used. I purchased the 3rd sling, did not open the package, so if I did need to return it, it was still in the original package. In the description, it says that it is mesh. The back part of the sling that will be sat on all day and resting her back against is hard and will cause skin breakdown. The description said it was mesh that is not mesh. It feels like hard cardboard is inside the material. I called to return it and got told that they are not returnable. The first time when I called, they said it was non-returnable because the package was opened. Now I can’t return it. With it not being opened.???! Very unhappy.
